I was recently hired by Walgreens because of a company merger where I was a manager with my previous employer. Walgreens wanted me because they wanted to lure customers from my previous employer because they knew I had a good rapport with them. I am having to learn to be a pharm tech and the computer. I started with Walgreens April 15,2010. The pharmacy manager took me aside the other day and said I seem to be struggling. Yes I am struggling. They are so busy the don't have time to train me. I am having a hard time with conversions on suspensions and I don't always know the medications. I need feedback on if anyone else has experienced the same situation.
